Do I need to download an app to use Onverto?

No — Onverto works through the Instagram or WhatsApp shop you already follow. You scan a seller's Onverto QR code or tap their storefront link, see their verification badge and trust score, and place your order. No new app, no new password.

What does the verification badge actually mean?

Every badge tier (Rising, Trusted, Trusted+, Trusted Max) means the seller has completed Onverto's KYC process — we've confirmed who they are and that their business is real. Higher tiers mean a longer track record and a stronger operational trust score, which is calculated from real order history, not just a one-time check.

How does Onverto protect me from ghost orders or fake sellers?

Sellers can't get verified without completing KYC. Once you order through a seller's Onverto storefront, the order is logged in our system — so if something goes wrong, there's a paper trail and a real dispute process, instead of a DM thread that a seller can just ignore or delete.

What happens if my order doesn't show up or isn't as described?

You open a dispute directly from your order in Onverto. Our team reviews the evidence — order details, delivery status, your messages with the seller — and works to resolve it fairly. This directly affects the seller's trust score, so sellers have a real incentive to make it right.

Is Onverto free for buyers?

Yes. Verification, browsing storefronts, and placing tracked orders are free for buyers. Sellers pay for their verification and storefront tools.

What information do I need to give to place an order?

Just your phone number, verified by WhatsApp OTP. We don't ask for anything beyond what's needed to confirm you're a real person and to reach you about your order.

How do I get verified on Onverto?

You submit your business and ID details through our KYC flow. Once approved, you get a badge, a QR-powered mini storefront, and an order dashboard — all linked to your Instagram or WhatsApp presence.

What's the difference between my subscription plan and my badge tier?

Your subscription plan (Basic / Pro) determines your storefront tools — product limits, analytics, and so on. Your badge tier (Rising → Trusted → Trusted+ → Trusted Max) is calculated continuously from your real order history — how you fulfill orders, how buyers rate you, and how disputes resolve. The two work together: verification gets you in the door, performance keeps your standing up.

How much does Onverto cost?

Basic is $30/year, Pro is $80/year. No commission on sales; you keep 100% of what you earn from your own orders.

What happens if a buyer opens a dispute against me?

You'll be notified and asked to share your side — proof of delivery, your message history, whatever's relevant. Our team reviews both sides. Repeated or serious disputes affect your trust score, but a single disagreement won't tank your standing if the evidence supports you.

Can I use my existing Instagram or WhatsApp shop with Onverto?

Yes — Onverto layers on top of what you already have. Your storefront links back to your existing Instagram/WhatsApp presence; you're not migrating off either platform.

Is Onverto only for Lebanon?
